This is a category of insect control products that is not used very much by yardeners, mostly because they don't know anything about this category of natural products.
Most of these products kill insects on contact and then repel new ones from coming to the plant so they are listed in the natural insecticide section along with being listed here.
We feel that they are particularly valuable with protecting houseplants from the five bug-a-boos of houseplants - aphids, mites, scale, whiteflies, and mealybugs.
