Choosing Parsley

There are two kinds of parsley.  There is the "curly-leaved" type which is what you use to decorate a plate or a salad.  Then there is the "flat Italian" type which is used for cooking.

Some curly-leaved varieties to grow include
‘Green River’ is disease-resistant with very curly leaves.
‘Decora’ is heat tolerant.
‘Exotica’ and ‘Bravour’ are cold tolerant.
‘Curlina’ has a globular growth habit and is great for containers.
