Landscaping For Sparrows

The best way to attract sparrow visitors to your yard and encourage them to become residents in the area, is to provide the types of plantings that suit them for nesting and food including the low-growing grasses and weeds that they like. If you establish a diversity of plants and a source of fresh water it is likely that several types of sparrows will frequent your property and patrol for insects there during the summer.
