Account Access Recovery Via Email

Q: I was previously getting your newsletter and then my computer died. I have a new e-mail listed below. I have tried to fill in a new form to begin receiving your newsletter. However, it tells me that it is already in place. I have not received an e-mail from you saying that my form was received and that I will be getting the newsletter. I have not been able to fill out a new form for my plants/flowers. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you, Sherry
