Apple And Plum Trees Are Infected By Maggots

Question From: Bellevue, Washington, United States
Q: my apple and prune trees are infected by maggots. can any one help us for freespraying antibiotics and save the trees .and take allfruits and maibntain

A: There is no such thing as antibiotics for fruit maggots. The trees need to be sprayed early in the season before the fruit fully develops. I recommend you get a good book on growing fruit organically. BTW, there is no such thing as a prune tree. Prunes are dried plums. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
