Q: I'm trying to sign up for your newsletter, but I'm being told that my email is already listed. I've never seen your website before and know that I didn't already register. I just need your help in getting on your list for the newsletter. Thx. Cindy (email@example.com)
Sorry for your trouble! You are indeed in our system as of 6/2/2015 - perhaps you double clicked (and therefore double submitted the signup form?). You should have received a confirmation email message - if not, you can use our password reminder functionality to recover your account password so you can login and manage your newsletter.
