Honeysuckle Flowers Have Been Eaten By Grub

Question From: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
Q: I have a honeysuckle and found a grub eating all the flowers, turning them into a black slimy mess. any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening?

A: Take a sample of flower with the larvae to an independent garden center of an accurate ID and control. I am not familiar with product available in Canada where pesticides and herbicides are outlawed. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
