Q: Nancy, I have quite a large strawberry patch in my backyard. Until two years ago, it was doing well. Then we started to have very hot summers that just about wiped it out even though I watered frequently. What is the best way to protect my strawberry patch from the hot summer and cold winter weather? Thanks.
