New Leaves Of Clematis Are Pale Green

Question From: B. de Oliveira - Concord, North Carolina, United States
Q: Planted young, healthy clematis, but it's growing with pale green leaves, while older ones are darker green. What's wrong? Thanks,Bernie

Could be an iron deficiency. Ask your independent nursery or garden center for a liquid iron soil amendment and use it according to the label directions. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
