One Side Of Emerald Green Arborvitae With Shared Split Trunk Is Turning Brown And Dying
Question From: Warminster, Pennsylvania, United States
Q: My emerald green arbovite are turning brown and dying. Its odd because only one trunk (if split) is dying while the other half remains what appears to be green and healthy.
The trunk of the dying section probably is spilt and unable to take up enough moisture to thrive. A disease or insects would attack the entire shrub. You will probably have to replace it. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
