Rosemary Bushes Have Web-Like Disease

Question From: R. Allen - Oak Island, North Carolina, United States
Q: My young Rosemary bushes have been taken over by a weblike disease that is killing them. I have washed them and used Neem oil but the disease won't go away

A: Your plants may have downy mildew that is fatal. Take samples to an independent garden center that grows and sells these plants. Do put them in a sealed plastic bag and do not open it. Too much water, fertilizing, and poor drainage are all issues for rosemary. They thrive on neglect. Best Nancy
