Q: In the fall I re-potted and brought a rosemary plant indoors for the winter. It is in a sunny window. Recently the leaves look grey and are sticky. The plant is highly fragrant. Is this a problem?
A: Your rosemary has powdery mildew. The prefer cool temperatures and moist soil in winter. Check your independent garden center for an organic fungicide that can be used on edibles. I used to give mine a cold shower once a week. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
