Q: do you have any preference name for fertilizers that i should use this spring after I put down the Tenacity? If I do overseed again this spring after overseeding last fall will that change fertilizers?

Unfortunately I am not familiar with the fertilizers sold in Rhode Island. I suggest you have a chat with the lawn expert from the independent garden center. I prefer using organic fertilizers, such as Ringer. That said if you choose to use chemical bases be sure it contains at least 60 percent slow release fertilizers. If your newly seeded lawn is thin, by all means reseed again this spring. If you use the Tenacity wait the recommended time listed on the label to reseed. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
