Q: I enjoyed your recent column regarding shrubs. When is a good time to plant Haas Halo hydrangeas? Do I need to wait until Fall? Also, where is a good place to buy them in the metro Detroit area? Thank you.
A: You can plant them any time. Problem is I have not found a local source. White Flower Farm is my only source right now and they'll ship in the Fall. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
