Q: I have not been receiving my monthly newsletter. I have a new yahoo email@example.com -- I don't remember what my old account name was with yahoo. I am unable to sign up for the newsletter again. When I put in my information it tells me in red that that e-mail address already exists. You sent me a new password in March, but even with that I am still unable to open a "new" account" which I would like to do and list my new plants and bushes. I hope you can help me. Thank you.
It looks like your account email was never confirmed. I've done so and you should receive an email message with information on how to access your account. Happy Yardening!
