I Have Not Been Receiving My Monthly Newsletter

Q: I have not been receiving my monthly newsletter. I have a new yahoo [email protected] -- I don't remember what my old account name was with yahoo. I am unable to sign up for the newsletter again. When I put in my information it tells me in red that that e-mail address already exists. You sent me a new password in March, but even with that I am still unable to open a "new" account" which I would like to do and list my new plants and bushes. I hope you can help me. Thank you.

A: It looks like your account email was never confirmed.  I've done so and you should receive an email message with information on how to access your account.  Happy Yardening!
