Bald Cypress Trees Have Whitish Clumps On Needles

Question From: D. Maynard - LOUISIANA
Q: I have several young bald cypress trees I have planted on my property. I noticed one of them has these whitish things that seem to be glued onto the needles of the tips all over. Only way I can describe them is like yogurt clumps that are attached all over, but mainly on the outer tips. How do I treat this?

I recommend you have your trees inspected by a tree doctor, a certified arborist. Trees have suffered this season and may have multiple problems. Happy Yardening, Nancy.
