Question From: OREGON
Q: Butterfly bush. The blooms come on, then as they begin to flower, the flower dries up. What is causing that?
A: Hot dry weather. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
Comment: I honestly can t believe it is the weather. It gets automatic watering every other day. AND, the blooms have been like this for around 3 weeks, maybe longer. They don't appear dead but stunted during growth.
Response: Most auto watering systems are geared to care for turf. Get a watering can, fill it and water the plant twice a week and see if the plant improves. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
