Can Insecticidal Soap Be Sprayed On Russian Mountain Ash Tree

Question From: Strathmore, Alberta, Canada
Q: Can I spray insecticidal soap on my Russian Mountain Ash Tree? The soap won't hurt the tree?

The soap will not hurt the tree if used according to directions. Do not spray when the sun in shinning. Best to do it at sun up or sundown when temperatures are below 85 degrees. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
