Q: CAN I DIG UP- POINSETTIAS--JADE--GARDENIA--CROTONS--ZEBRA AND HOSTAS PLANTS FROM OUTSIDE BEDS AND PUT THEM IN POTS AND BRING INSIDE FOR THE WINTER MONTHS- THANKS

You certainly can. They may loose leaves do to the shock of the change, but that's normal. Just keep them watered - soil moist and wait until March to fertilize. However, hostas should stay in the garden. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy.
