Q: I finally decided to find out what was wrong with my rose bush. Your column on Rose Rosette was timely and let me know, since the virus is in our area, that is definitely what has destroyed our old family rosebush. I am so sad! But my question is: can I put it out with yardwaste pickup? Farm Hills has a city ban on burning any type of yard waste. Thank you.
