Can Sod Be Laid Down Instead Of Overseeding After Killing Creeping Charlie In Lawn

Question From: O. Denysenko - Sterling Heights, Michigan, United States
Q: Have to kill creeping Charlie over 50% in lawn and need to know instead of overseeding can I lay down sod?

You certainly can. Just be sure to keep it watered. Personally, I would wait until the end of August or the early September. Watering will be key. I would spread 1/4 inch of Organimax Compost over the surface of the soil before the sod is laid. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
