Climbing Rose Getting Brown Stems After Being Moved

Question From: Prestonpans, , United Kingdom
Q: Hi I move my climbing rose this year I think I may have lost it it has some brow stems and some green stems it seems to be getting more brown but got thorns and looks like it's growing a bit but do not no if I lost it or not it's all ways been flowering all year round white blooms can you help

Roses need 6 hours or more and more is better of direct sun. Keep your rose well watered and plan to prune it in late February or March. Check out the RHS website (https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?pid=3D189) for information on pruning climbing roses. Do not fertilize it until after you prune it. Best Nancy
