Q: About a month ago my Mrytle Crape lost most of its leaves. It now has these spider webs around the seeds at the end of the branch ( see attached pics) How do I treat these insects? Thank you in advance!

A: The spiders may not be the cause of the loss of the leaves. A fungal disease is more likely the problem. Take close up photos of the tree and some of leaves to your local garden center for a more accurate Id. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
