Q: My crape Myrtle turned black at the top last year after beatle infestation and is not doing well this spring. It has only sprouted a few new leaves at lower branches. What’s wrong??
A: It's dying. Your tree may have had a number of problems including a fungus, insects and heat stress. Sorry for your loss. Best Nancy
