Crepe Myrtles Have Green Leaves But Never Fully Bloomed Out

Question From: Bangs, Texas, United States
Q: In my neighborhood here in Texas most of the others homes have crape myrtles about the size of mine fully bloomed and very nice to look at. Mine on the other hand only had the green leaves and has lost the blooms that it did have and never fully bloomed out. Do you know what the problem might be?

Could have been lack of water. Too little sun. Too much fertilizer. Those are the most common causes. You might have an onsite inspection by a certified arborist. There may be something you can't see or don't know enough to look for. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy.
