Q: Not sure what's going on with my daisy. Looked great for a month or so now the are diying. What would cause this? I have no green thumb and trying to learn. Any help you could offer would be great. Thx.

A: The foliage looks okay so my guess is the flowers were hit by excessive heat and lack of water. When the temperatures spike plants can't take up water fast enough and the blooms suffer. Dead head them back to a leaf node and you may get some repeat bloom. Do keep them well watered and do not give them any kind of chemical fertilizer. In hot weather that will burn the plants.
