Daisy Leaves Have Brown Veins

Question From: MISSOURI
Q: My daisy leaves have brown veins, could this be caused by something eating the leaves from the inside?

A: My guess is your plant has a disease known as aster yellows. Bag up a sample and take some photos to an independent garden center for an accurate ID. The plants, roots all should be removed, bagged and dumped in the garbage as there is no cure and you don't want it to spread. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
