Q: Dogwood Tree did not flower for last 3 year.
A: A guessing game Ziggy, too much fertilizer and not enough sun are the first thoughts. Winter kill of the tender bud may also be a problem. Dogwoods are understory trees and have a tough time when stuck out in the landscape unprotected. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
