Q: Leaves on some of the stems of my dwarf crape myrtle are folded. Some leave on the same stem look healthy. I don't see any bugs of any sort. A few of the leaves are white on the back.
A: Sounds like the fungus powdery mildew. Your local garden center or nursery will help you choose a control. Take cuttings and a photo with you. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
