Q: my Fringe Tree has what looks like rips and tears on the leaves. Some are at the edges and some are in the center. I don't see any bugs, and we did spray it with Seven. New leaves continue to have this. Does not look like rabbits either.
A: My guess is you have a deer issue. I use a product called Plant Skydd. It is unwise to spray with a pesticide unless you can see and identify an insect. Sevin is toxic to humans. Best Nancy and Happy Gardening
