Q: I have a fuschia plant outside in a pot the top portion of the plant is dry and crumbly, bottom is fine top portion has not turned yellow just dry and crumbly
A: You need to water it. In hot weather this may be twice a day. Morning and night. Add enough water so it drips out the holes in the bottom of the pot. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy.
