Fuzzy Pink Salvia Leaves Are Turning Yellow And Wilting

Question From: L. Lucas - Sparta, North Carolina, United States
Q: Dear Nancy, My fuzzy pink salvia leaves are turning yellow and wilting. They are planted where they get the hottest sun of the day, in the mid eighties. We have had rain, but when the hot sun comes out, it dries everything up. I am trying to figure out whether they need water or have mites. What do you think. Thankyou, Linda

The symptoms you describe are caused by overwatering. Fertlizer and rich soil could also contribute to the problem. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
