Geranium Plant Has Holes In Leaves

Question From: m. graves - Hamlet, North Carolina, United States
Q: Hello. I have a potted 'Big Red' Geranium plant that has holes in the leaves. I can't see any pests so can you suggest how I can treat this problem.

Holes in leaves are usually made by caterpillars the larvae of insects. If you don't see them they may have matured so treating the plant will be a waste of time. Look for new damage and check the undersides of the leaves. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
