Q: What is causing this reddish brown on my hibiscus leaves?

A: I don't know what this is. However, it doesn't seem to be bothering the leaf. The color is good and there is no structural damage. You might take a sample to an independent garden center for a possible ID. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
