Honeysuckle Blooms Are Dry And Crumbly And Do Not Open

Question From: East Wenatchee, Washington, United States
Q: MY honeysuckle blooms are dry and crumbly, not opening on the plant. Have taken care of it the same as last year when the blooms were beautiful and profuse! Is there a reason why this could be happening?

Heat will do it and according to the weather map you have record high temperatures this month, Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
