Honeysuckle Bush Leaves Becoming Transparent And Brown With Black Spots

Question From: D. Jarvis - Gilbert, Arizona, United States
Q: I live near Phoenix & my orange Honeysuckle Bush is getting attacked by something...the leaves become transparent & brown with little black..egg or dropping spots all over. What may this be & how can I stop this? It happened in the whole housing community last year & most were damaged until pruning in the spring. I have tried pruning back severely & a solution of vinegar, dishsoap & water sprayed all over the plant

The vinegar may burn the leaves. I recommend you take a sample to your local independent garden center for an ID. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
