Q: Hello. On the other side of the west separation fence of our patio are two pit bulls that our neighbor does not walk. Because of the build up of feces/urine we have to endure the awful smells from his yard. I'm hoping there is something we can plant/grow on our side of the fence that will offset the smells from our neighbor's yard. The patio is on the south-side of the house; so it gets a lot of sunlight from morning until early afternoon. Thank you.

A: I don't have an answer for you, but I would think this this is a health issue and I would contact your city hall. Best Nancy and good luck.
