Q: Hi Nancy.....could you tell which perennials like full PM sun.......no shade whatsoever.....the garden bed abuts the foundation out about 4-5 feet....think the spot is too hot for hydrangeas. I am 82 years old so need plants that can pretty much take care of themselves since had a spinal fusion in February and so cannot bend much. Thanks for your advice. Marieanne
A: Marieanne, The list is so very long. Your best bet is to visit English Gardens on Coolidge and check out their plants. They are organized according to their sun needs. Go during the week and ask for a perennial sales person to help you. Take a pad of paper and make your lists. Tellys on John R is another great place to resource shop.
