How To Find Information About Drying Lima Beans

Question From: S. Tunnicliffe - NEW JERSEY
Q: I have purchased fresh pole Lima beans. I usually take them out of the pods and freeze in qt size freezer bags. I would like to dry some of the beans for soup later this fall and winter. Could you explain how to do so? Thank you very much.

Sylvia, this is easy to do. Enter "methods for drying lima beans" into Google and you will find lots of information. Best and Happy Yardening, Nancy
