Q: What is the outlook for our beloved Impatiens this year?
A: It's scrap shoot Toni. Few people I know grew them last season. Some grew unscathed and others crashed and burned. Many of the larger nurseries and green houses have stopped growing them. Others grow limited numbers and refuse to guarantee them. Container grown doubles have a better track record than those grown in the ground. I don't recommend them, but if you like to gamble give them another try. Best, Nancy
