Impatiens Leaves Are Turning Yellow

Question From: Westerly, Rhode Island, United States
Q: impatiens leaves are turning yellow.

A: They may have impatiens downy mildew. If so they will be dead in a few days. Remove and dispose of plants in the trash, roots and all.
Overwatering will also cause leaves to yellow on this plant. If that is the case cut back irrigation and hope Mother Nature co-operates. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
