Q: My Japanese Magnolia is about 5 or 6 years old and never has had many flowers but this year it has the green but no flowers. Any ideas on this?
A: It can take several years for magnolias to mature and bloom. Weather winter and early spring freeze and thaws can also damage flower buds. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
