Knockout Rose Bush Leaves Have Holes And Rusty Look

Question From: Pittsford, New York, United States
Q: Knockout Rose Bush, has a rusty look on the leaves and holes in the leaves..Please tell us what to do to save the bush.Thank you for any information about a safe treatment..

The holes are from rose slugs and the discolored leaves may be rust. Neem oil will take care of both. Be sure to spray the undersides of the leaves and do this in the morning or at sundown. Keep your roses well watered. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
