Question From: S. Mulcahy - MASSACHUSETTS
Q: We have a large Eastern White Pine about 75 feet tall. This summer it is shedding tiny pieces of wood shavings, all same-sized, like a miniature toothpick. We live on Cape Cod and the tree has been very healthy despite losing some large branches/limbs in Nor'easters.
I recommend you get an on site inspection from a certified arborist. To find one in your area go to www.tcia.org and enter your zip code.
