Q: dear Nancy my annual phlox is not getting flower from last year and leaves getting yellow and black dots on it after growing.pl. give solution thanks raj
A: Annual phlox are not hardy where you live and die from frost, so I think you are writing about perennial phlox. Black spots on leaves are the result of a fungal disease. If severe it will cause the leaves to yellow. Spray them with a product called Actinovate, a beneficial bacterium,once a week. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
