Propagating Sunpatiens And Treatment For Brown Spots On Leaves

Q: My tiny sunpatiens has outgrown my biggest pot. Is it ok to trim it back and can I do anything with the trimming to start new plants? Feel bad cutting off healthy flowers and buds. Also what can I do about these brown spots?
