Red Pontiac And Determinate And Indeterminate Potatoes

Question From: M. Trice - TEXAS
Q: ARE RED PONTIAC POTATOES INDETERMINATE OR DETERMINATE?

I believe they are indeterminate, which makes them good for growing in bins and pots. Large potatoes, such as Russets and Idahoes are determinate and will not grow well in containers. Happy Yardening, Nancy
