Rose Bush Does Not Bloom

Question From: Dunedin, Florida, United States
Q: I have a tall green rose bush that keeps growing but has not had a bloom since I had it. It was in the ground with other roses in full sun. I repotted it in a large pot thinking it would not grow. It is still growing but no flowers. The plant looks healthy, but no roses

It may not be acclimated to your climate. If you know the name it would be helpful. Excessive fertilizer can also prevent flowering. Those are my best guesses. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
