Rose Bush Is Not Thriving Indoors In Michigan

Q: I got a little rose bush for Valentine's day and have tried to keep it alive. I gave it full so, as much as we had in Michigan, I gave it part sun. o water it once a week unless it looks super dry and their only brown and dark green stems left like it's dry or burn out but theirs wet soil and low sun

A: These little roses cannot thrive indoors in Michigan unless they are grown under a plant light. Roses need a minimum of 8 hours of direct sun a day to thrive. Best And Happy Yardening, Nancy
