Rose Bushes Are Growing Well But Have No Blossoms Or Roses

Question From: MICHIGAN
Q: I look forward to your Column every week and have benefited by your good insight. I planted a couple of rose bushes to months ago when they were two feet tall. They have now grown to five feet however there are no blossoms nor any roses. Please advise.

A:
Over fertilization and/or lack of sun are two common reasons for roses not to bloom.
